PRE-PAID LESSON TICKETS

Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets means:

• You buy a packet of Pre-Paid Lesson tickets in advance in order to lock in a special discount rate for having purchased a number of lessons in bulk.
• You do not need to decide the dates and times of your lessons yet. Your lesson tickets are valid for 3 months after purchase.
• When you are ready to book lessons, these pre-paid lesson tickets can be used to pay for the lessons.

• Go to the Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets purchase page : https://oneoriginstarseed.com/nes-advance-lesson-tickets-and-packages/
• Choose the ticket type and quantity and then go to checkout to purchase them.
• After we register and process your purchase, these tickets will be accessible on your MY ACCOUNT page usually within 1 to 48 hours but often within a few hours of purchase. https://oneoriginstarseed.com/my-account/
• On your MY ACCOUNT page you will see a button that says PRE-PAID TICKETS. Click on this and a window will pop-up that will display all of your current tickets both used and unused. The ticket numbers will be needed when booking a lesson so remember where they are. You can copy and paste the numbers from the pop-up window.
• Then when you are ready to book a lesson, go to the booking page: https://oneoriginstarseed.com/nes-book-a-lesson/
• Select the dates and times for the lessons you want to reserve.
• Fill out the rest of the form and under the pre-paid lesson ticket field paste the numbers of the lesson tickets here that you wish to use as payment for your lesson. (The numbers can be found on your MY ACCOUNT page as described above)
• When you are sure all info has been entered correctly then hit the SUBMIT BOOKING button to reserve.

Additional info about Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets:

• Pre-Paid Ticket Packets are available in packets of 1 to 100 tickets. You can buy as many packets as you like although the discount is only applied to each individual ticket packet and is not cumulative if you buy several packets at one time.
• The more Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets you purchase in a given packet, the bigger the discount you will receive on that packet. (See the pricing charts for discount information details below.)*
• They can be used anytime within 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Each pre-paid lesson ticket is good for a 30 minutes slot of lesson time. The tickets can be redeemed back-to-back for longer lessons. For example, 2 tickets is a 60-minute lesson, 3 tickets is a 90-minute lesson, etc.
• Pre-Paid Tickets can be purchased on our site by credit card using PayPal (with an added PayPal tax). Another option is to pay by bank transfer to avoid extra fees. In this case, email eric@oneoriginstarseed.com to purchase Pre-Paid Tickets by bank transfer.
• Pre-Paid tickets are generally non-refundable.

• When you buy pre-paid lesson tickets, it gives you the freedom to lock in a special discount rate per ticket which can be redeemed for lessons at your convenience anytime over the next 90 days after purchase. The more pre-paid lesson tickets purchased, the higher the discount. Then when you wish to redeem a pre-paid lesson ticket, it can be used like cash to pay for the lessons by entering them into the designated field on the booking calendar page.

• Advanced Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets can be purchased from the menu option (Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets) on the main Natural English Services menu page.

• No, the discounts are not cumulative if you buy several packets at once. Each packet gets its own discount pricing individually.

• You can purchase individual lesson packets of up to 100 tickets each. The discount is then applied only to the number of tickets you buy in one packet. You can buy as many packets at one time as you like but the discount is individually applied to each packet you purchase.

• For example, if you bought a 50-ticket packet the discount would be -12,500 yen off the full price. But if you bought two 25-ticket packets, the discount would only be -5000 yen total because each 25 ticket packet would get a 2500 yen discount individually.

• Within 24-48 hours after processing your order, the tickets you purchased will appear under your MY ACCOUNT section (Click on your user’s name or your avatar picture on the footer at the bottom of the page or click on the MY ACCOUNT menu option on the main Natural English Services Page). When you are on your MY ACCOUNT page, there you will find the PRE-PAID TICKETS button that will display the information about the lesson tickets you purchased, including the numbers required to redeem the tickets, their expiration date, if they have been used yet, or not, etc.

• Write down the numbers of each of the tickets you wish to use as payment.

• Enter the ticket numbers into the Pre-Paid Lesson Tickets number field for each lesson you wish to redeem a ticket for.

• Your lesson tickets have an expiration date of 90 days from the date of purchase and are generally non-refundable.

• You can select and reserve anywhere from 1 -> 50 lesson time slots (30-minutes each) on the booking calendar at one time.

• No, the discount is applied only to the total number of lessons or lesson tickets paid for at each transaction at one given time.

• Discounts are not based on one’s history of total number of lessons taken with us so far.
