If you receive a consultation, coaching or guidance session from us either paid or unpaid, formally or informally, and if you accept and follow any advice, suggestions, teachings and / or practices from us, you do so at your own risk and agree to take full responsibility for any result, occurrence or outcome that may result from the implementation of such advice or guidance. OneOriginStarseed and its workers, associates and affiliates will not be held responsible, nor legally accountable in any way. Of course, we are always here to support and offer our guidance in any way we can. But we must take this stance of non-accountability in order to make it possible to keep offering these services.  

 

Our Legal Obligation

Consultation Sessions - Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours before canceling your consultation session. If so, we will not charge you any fee or penalty and you will be free to book another time with that sessions credit.

 

Refund Policy

In general, consultation slots booked and paid for are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, please speak with us for further information. Please note that if there should be a refund given in exceptional circumstances, any service fees incurred from the use of PAYPAL or STRIPE, will not be refunded.  

 

Privacy Policy

  • OneOriginStarseed takes preventative security measures against the risk of loss of your personal information through leaks and data breaches.
  • Anything discussed during a consultation session is considered the total privacy of the customer and such information will not be given or shared with anyone else beyond OneOriginStarseed in any way or form.
  • For online consultation sessions, we employ the use of third-party services such as Skype and Zoom. The use of these services is subject to the privacy policy of those providers. Any information given or shared with those companies bears no responsibility to OneOriginStarseed.
  • The only information of yours that is kept on record is that which you enter into our membership system when you register. We do not make any use of this information beyond what we need to conduct the lessons. You are free to withhold any information that you do not wish to share. We promise never to share, sell or expose the information you entrust to us to any third parties without your consent or knowledge.
  • We do not store your financial information in our system. Any credit cards used for payment must be used through PAYPAL or STRIPE. If their services are used, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that company.

 

Consultation Session Bookings

We are unable to guarantee or promise any specific or certain time slot(s), time length or availability to any customer on any specific day, month, year etc. Each customer is only able to book whatever time slots are available on the booking calendar at the time of booking. Time slots are available on a first come, first serve basis. There is only 1 months’ worth of advance bookings available at a time on the booking calendar. Please make sure the time slot you want is available before you purchase. Please observe the usual patterns of availability on our booking calendar and consider your own availability before purchasing any number time slots. Depending on the situation, there may be some special booking arrangements possible. Please discuss with us for further information.

 

Consultation Recordings

For quality assurance purposes, we may from time to time record the sessions without notice. We respect your privacy and will never use this material in any way that will put your privacy or personal information at risk.  You have the option during registration, to request to not be recorded and if you choose this, we will certainly respect your wishes and not record your sessions in any way either by audio or video. If you have already registered and would like to change your answer, please let us know.
